Anytime I have a larger than usual" honey do" list I make this dish. Its my hubbys Absolute Fave!

Cook beef and drain well

Add tomatoes n chilies, taco seasonings and 3/4 cup of water and simmer 15 minutes

Roll up meat mixture into tortillas and put in a large greased baking dish

Cover with foil and bake at 375 for about 30minutes,

Uncover, add cheese and bake another 7-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly

Top with sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes etc
