1/3 cupsmooth peanut butter
3/4 tspbaking powder
1/2 cupsugar
1/2 cupmilk
1/2 tspvanilla extract
3/4 cupflour
1/4 tspsalt
1egg

Preheat oven to 350°F

Mix all ingredients together until smooth

Line 12 count muffin pan or grease

Fill muffin tins 1/2 full

Bake for 20 or 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean

When done baking u may sprinkle with powdered sugar
