Steps

Dry roast the besan in a kadai on low flame for about 10 minutes.keep stirring continuously.

Roasting the besan,melt the ghee and keep aside.

After 10minutes total roasting time,add the melted ghee and continue roasting the besan for some more 5 minutes stirring continuously.

The besan start to give nice fragrance and will start releasing ghee switch off the flame.

Remove the kadai and keep down.add powder sugar stir well so that no lumps.add cardamom powder mix well.

You have mix mix the besan laddoo mixture well then let it cool down at room temperature.

Make small or medium sized besan laddoos and store in air tight container.

Your tasty besan laddoo is ready.enjoyyyy
