First of all vegie wash and cut in finally chopped.

Take in a pressure cooker add some oil and cumin seeds, hing green chilli and add all vegetables and spices and burn it 2 min.

Then close the pressure cooker and 4 whistle and 5 minutes in low flame.

After 15 minutes open the cover and serve the subji in a bowl.
