  • 2eggs
  • 1/2 cupshredded coconut
  • 1/2 cupcoconut flour
  • 1/2 tspchili powder or paprika
  • 1salt and pepper to taste
  • 1coconut oil

    Mix dry ingredients and beat eggs. Dip shrimp in egg and then dry ingredients. Place in oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 400.
