Ingredients

1 lbstew meat (any red meat cut in cubes)
1 largeonion, chopped
4 mediumpotatoes, cubed
5carrots chopped
1 mediumgreen pepper
116oz box of mushrooms
1bottle of dark beer
2bullion cubes
1 tsproasted garlic (2cloves if fresh)
2 tbspblack pepper
3 tbspcorn starch
1/2 tsprosemary
1 tbspworcestershire sauce

Add everything but the mushrooms and cornstarch to a large crockpot. Set on high for 6 hrs

After 2 hrs add the mushrooms

After 2 more hours add the cornstarch mix it in well. Let the last 2 hours cook in the statch and thicken the broth

Way too much pepper, maybe 2 teaspoons. The pepper over powered the whole dish.
