Steps

Half boil the potatoes, peel them. Deep fry till golden brown.

Make paste of onions,ginger,garlic and whole garam masala.

Make paste of soaked khas khas and badam.

Heat oil, add onion paste, saute for 3 mins now add khas khas badam paste, saute it countinusly otherwise it will stick to bottom.

Add tomato puree, saute for 2 min. Add fresh cream and mawa, cook till oil get separated.

Add haldi, redchilly, dhania,salt and garam masala with 2 teaspoon water. Stir it. When spices incorporated with gravy add kasuri methi and cook it for 2 min.

Now add deep fried potatoes and mix well. Add 1 cup water and cover it. cook for 7-8 min.

Garnish with some kasuri methi and dhania patti. Serve with naan or kulcha.
