Deep fried thin chops

Cooking Instructions

Heat oil 350° Fahrenheit
- 2
Season the chops
- 3
Put into a ziploc bag add flour and quarter cup of rub and add the chops then shake the bag covering all the chops
- 4
Fry in small batches till chops are done
- 5
Set onto paper towels to absore excess oil
- 6
Serve hope you enjoy
