  • 16 mediumthin pork chops boneless
  • 1vegetable oil to deep fry in
  • rub batch, 88 see recipe
  • 1 1/4 cupall-purpose flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil 350° Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Season the chops

    Put into a ziploc bag add flour and quarter cup of rub and add the chops then shake the bag covering all the chops

    Fry in small batches till chops are done

  5. 5

    Set onto paper towels to absore excess oil

  6. 6

    Serve hope you enjoy
