Preheat oven to 300

Cut tops off of garlic heads

Place garlic heads cut side down in baking dish

Pour olive oil over garlic heads
- 5
Cover with aluminum foil, place baking dish on cookie sheet

Place baking dish in oven and roast for 1hr and 15 mins. Let cool.

Once oil is cool remove roasted Garlic heads and strain thru a cheese cloth or coffee filter.

use roasted garlic cloves as you wish!

Store oil in refrigerator for up to a month
