Ingredients

  • 1.5 cupscooked quinoa
  • 1mashed banana OR 1/2 cup pumpkin
  • .25 cupapplesauce
  • 1 cup(ground) oats
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)

    Preheat oven to 350

    Mix all ingredients. Make into “balls” and place on baking sheet

    Bake for approx 20 min
