  • 2 lbboneless turkey breast
  • 2 cuporange juice
  • 3 tbsporange peel seasoning
  • 2 tbspcayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsponion powder
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1 tbsppaprika
  • 1 tbspdried basil
  • 1 tbspfresh rosemary; minced
  • 1 tbspfresh thyme; minced
  • 2 tspground sage
  • 1drizzle olive oil
  • 1salt and pepper

Steps

50 mins
  1. 1

    Marinate turkey breast in orange juice for 4-48 hours.

  2. 2

    Pat turkey dry. Toss in olive oil. Season

  3. 3

    Roast at 350° for approximately 45 minutes or until thermometer reaches 165°

  4. 4

    Variations; Parsley, honey, ancho chile, grapefruit, limes, apple cider, white wine
