Mushroom sandwich

I actually try to reduce my carbs intake, so the first thing i replaced was bread. But how can you prepare good sandwiches without bread ? That's the solution. Ok, it's not really like a good slice of bread but the idea is interesting. Try it and let me know how was this experience. Oh and...you can replace chicken or add some spices :)
Mushroom sandwich

Preheat your oven at 220°C. Take your chicken breast and your bell pepper (cut it as you want ^^) and place it on a parchment paper.

When your oven is hot, heat the chicken and the bell pepper for 10/15min. Don't forget to return it at the half of the time. In the last 5min put some coconut oil on the chicken to give him a beautiful brown colour.

Remove the top and the feets of the mushrooms. (You can do what you want with the feets ^^). And now...let's wait for the chicken :)

Place your chicken and the bell pepper in your "bread like" mushrooms. Last step, just add salt and pepper ( if you want).
