Tear the bread and put them in a jar and grind it

Prepare dough by adding milk in tore bread pieces

Don't make the dough too hard or too soft

Add sugar in a vessel to prepare chashni

Add somewhat less water than sugar

Turn on the flame to low

Mix together Bread mixture with dry fruits sugar,food colour

Add 1/2 tsp milk to mix it

We will use it as stuffing

Add saffron+warm water in chashni

Cook it on low flame

Add cardamom powder

Check if chashni start to stick between your fingers, it's ready

Make small balls of the dough

Make space for stuffing and shape into balls again

Deep fry in oil till it gets gulab jamuns usual colour

The flame should not be high

Add warm gulab jamuns in chashni..and it's ready
