Ingredients

  1. 1 lbmussels, cleaned
  2. 1 lblarge shrimp, peeled & deveined
  3. 4garlic cloves, minced
  4. 2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  5. 1 tbspbutter
  6. 1 cupdry white wine
  7. 1 tbspflat leaf parsley
  8. 1salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a saute pan add olive oil to cover bottom. Heat for a minute or 2.

  2. 2

    Add garlic, saute til there's a little golden color, add mussels & shrimp, stir. Add white wine & cover pan. Cook about 5 - 10 minutes add butter & stir, add parsley.

  3. 3

    Enjoy!!
