Ingredients

1/2 cupself rising flour
1 1/2 cupcornmeal
4 tbspsplenda
3 largeegg whites
1/3 cupapplesauce
1 cupskim milk
1 1/4 tspsalt

Preheat oven to 425

Combine dry ingredients and sift well

In a separate bowl beat together eggs, milk and applesauce and add to dry ingredients

Spray your baking dish with Pam and bake until golden brown (about 25 minutes)
