Ingredients

25 servings
  • 1 boxRed velvet cake mix
  • 2Eggs
  • 6 tspButter melted
  • 1 tspVanilla
  • Frosting
  • 1 cupPowdered sugar
  • 1 tspVanilla
  • 1Bar of cream cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all cookie ingredients until well mixed

  2. 2

    Form into 1 inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet ( I use a greased foil sheet)

  3. 3

    Bake @ 375 for 9 minutes

  4. 4

    For frosting mix all ingredients. Spoonful frosting on a cooled cookie and place another cookie to form a sandwich
