  1. 2 cupscrushed maize
  2. 1 cupbeans
  3. 2litrs of water
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 1onion
  6. Oil

    Wash the maize and beans

  2. 2

    Add water into a cooking pot and also the maize and beans

  3. 3

    Put on fire and boil till its ready

  4. 4

    Fly the onion and add tomatoes

  5. 5

    Add muthokoi

  6. 6

    Waite for 5 min and remove on fire

  7. 7

    Serve with avocado
