Get two bowls, separate egg white form yoke, put egg white in one of the bowl and yoke in the second bowl. Heat up a pan and add 1/4 of butter, allow butter to melt. Use a mixer to whisk your egg white till you feel it's not watery or when turned over it's not coming out or use your hand to do same process. And scooped in a bowl

Add 1tbs of melted butter in the bowl where egg yoke is and whisk till it's mixed. Add your 1cup if flour, 1cup of milk,1/4 cup of sugar, 1teaspoon of vanilla essence flavour and mix all together till smooth.

Add your whisked egg(white part of egg)in the bowl of your flour, mix all together and leave to rest for 5mins.

Heat up pan using little olive oil, ensuring the mixture is not sticky to pan. When hot enough, use 1/4 of a cup and scoop the mixture, putting it in pan. Look to ensure the bubbles of the flour goes round and then u can turn over for the other side to be brown and when rosen, bring out. Continue process till desire quantity is out. Pan cakes ready to be served.
