Ingredients
1 lbhorseradish root, peeled and cubed
3/4 cupwater
1 1/2 tspkosher salt
1/3 cupwhite vinegar

Steps

Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until you achieve the consistency you like.

Place in a storage container and sore in the fridge until ready to use.

I used this to make a horseradish paste. It was delicious on pork chops.
