Steps
- 1
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and make a dimple in the mixture.
- 2
Mix the oil and one egg and pour it into he dimple.
- 3
Slowly add the water. Notice, you may not need the whole cup. Mix until the dough is smooth and properly mixed.
- 4
Cover the dough with some drops of oil using your hands. Cover with a towel and let sit until the dough doubles it's size (try and place it in a warm place).
- 5
Divide the dough to 5 or 3 equal parts and make a roll from each one. Now you can make a regular bread or try the 5 parts one.
- 6
To make the bread out of 5 parts, place the outer one over the the third one from each side so it goes to the middle.
- 7
Let sit for another half hour in the pan. Then Smear with egg and put in the oven for 35 minutes in a temperature of 180°c
