Ingredients

  1. 1 eachlime
  2. 1 tbspDom's Blackened Fish Seasoning
  3. 1coleslaw mix or thinly sliced cabbage
  4. 2 tbspfresh cilantro
  5. 1tortillas.
  6. 2 tspcurry powder
  7. 1 lbjumbo shrimp, cleaned and deveined

Steps

  1. 1

    Toss coleslaw mix with cilantro and juice of 1/2 the lime. Set aside.

    Mix shrimp with curry powder and fish seasoning. Fry in a little bit of oil in frying pan.

    Heat tortillas on grill, oven, range or microwave.

  4. 4

    Assemble tacos by placing shrimp and slaw in tortillas.
