Steps
- 1
Grease a rectangular or square baking pan and lay out a full sheet of phyllo dough, then brush it with butter.
- 2
Add the nuts and roll up the dough using two sheets at a time to make a long roll. Keep arranging the rolls in the pan until you use up all the dough and nuts.
- 3
Cut the rolls into small squares with a knife, then pour the melted butter over them, making sure to cover all areas.
- 4
Bake in a preheated oven until golden and cooked through.
- 5
Let the baklava cool slightly, then pour a suitable amount of syrup over it.
- 6
Let it sit for two hours, and that's it! Enjoy!
