Ingredients

  1. 3 lbground beef
  2. 5 tbspapplewood seasoning
  3. 4 tbspmango mustard
  4. 3 tbsponion powder
  5. 2 tbspgarlic powder
  6. 2 tbspworcestershire sauce
  7. 2 tbspsmoked paprika
  8. 2 tbspdried basil
  9. 1 tbspground coriander seed
  10. 1 tbspground celery seed
  11. 2 tspground thyme
  12. 2 cupshredded cheddar/mozzarella blend
  13. 1/2 cupbreadcrumbs
  14. 1egg
  15. 1BBQ sauce; to baste
  16. 1salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Combine meat, mustard, worcestershire, breadcrumbs, egg, cheese, and dried spices in a large mixing bowl. Mix very well to incorporate. If you wish to marinate for up to a day, remove salt and egg.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 50-60 minutes. Baste with bbq sauce during last five minutes of cooking to avoid burning.

    Variations; Bacon wrapped, ketchup, boiled egg stuffed, sausage stuffed, liquid smoke, sauteed mirepoix, shallots, fresh garlic, smoked gouda, curry, citrus zest, cilantro
