  1. 1 1/2 lbground beef
  2. 1egg
  3. 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  4. 2/3 cupbreadcrumbs
  5. 2/3 cupbbq sauce
  6. 1/3 cupworcestershire sauce
  7. 1 cupfrenchs fried onions
  8. 1 bunchscallions; minced
  9. 1 packagesdried onion soup mix
  10. 1 tbspdehydrated garlic
  11. 1 tbspsmoked paprika
  12. 2 tspground celery seed
  13. 1 largepinch of salt and white pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl with half of the bbq sauce. Mix thoroughly. Bake uncovered at 300° for approximately one hour or until thermometer reaches 150°. Remove from oven and cover with foil. Let thermometer reach at least 155°.

    Brush with remaining sauce during last five minutes of cooking.
