Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 cupflour
  • 2 tbspsugur
  • 3 tbspdry milk
  • 3 tbspbutter
  • 2 tbspyeast
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 250 gramscheddar cheese (chopped to cubes)
  • 1 cupwarm water
  • 2 tbspbutter (for topping)
  • 2 clovegarlic crushed (for topping)
  • 2 tbspparsley chopped (for topping)

Steps

1 hour 30 mins
  1. 1

    Dissolve the yeast in warm water with half tablespoone of suger and half tablespoone of flour.

  2. 2

    Mix all the remained dry ingredeaint in bowl of mixer machines.

  3. 3

    Add the dissolved yeast to the bowl progressively, and start to mix for 5 minitus

  4. 4

    Cover it, and let it to relaxe for half hour in warm place

  5. 5

    Preheat the oven, start to make balls and stuff it with cheese and put them in oiled pan.

  6. 6

    For topping melt tha butter and fried the garlic and parsley in it and put it on the balls and baked it from the two sides
