1 lbground beef
1 cupred wine
2 cupbeef stock
1 tbspworcestershire sauce
3/4 lbcooked pasta
2 tbspFresh tyme
1/2 cupgrated parmesan cheese
1 tbspsour cream

Add first 7 ingredients and brown. Add red wine until evaporated. Now add stock, worchestershire sauce and simmer for 45 minutes. Add al dente pasta, fresh tyme, parmesan and top with sour cream.
