Preheat oven to 350°F

Cut top off of garlic and drizzle with olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Wrap in tinfoil and bake for 1 hour.

Add cooked garlic to butter and mix well.

Form into a log and wrap in saran wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour before using. I use in pasta dishes and for breads.
