Ingredients

  1. Starter
  2. 3 tbspnatural yoghurt
  3. bunchmint
  4. 1/4cucumber
  5. 1 dasholive oil, extra virgin
  6. 1 tbspextra virgin olive oil
  7. 2naan bread

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put yoghurt in a bowl

  2. 2

    Fine grate in cucumber and mix in

  3. 3

    Chop up mint and add to mix

  4. 4

    Is all to desired taste and finish with a dash of extra virgin olive oil

  5. 5

    Put in fridge for 5 minutes then serve with other dips and 2 naan
