Ingredients

  • 5 tbsptomato ketchup
  • 1 tbspyellow mustard
  • 1 pinchgarlic salt
  • 50 mlbourbon whisky, I used bushmills honey
  • 50 mlamaretto/dissaronno
  • 1 tbspgolden syrup
  • 10 mldark soy sauce
  • 1 tspsmoked paprika
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspmedium chilli powder (add more to taste)
  • 10 mllemon juice

    Boil if you want it as a dip and allow to cool. Although it is a great marinade, smother over ribs or selected meats for about 4 hours or 24 hours if you have tooooo much time on your hands. Empty as much sauce as you possibly can onto your selected dish..... Rather tasty!
