Steps

Soak Kheel in water for 1 minute and strain the water and keep a side.

Take a bowl and add boiled and mashed potato, capsicum, onion, ginger-green chilli, garlic paste, coriander leaves, Kheel, cornflour and add all spices accept Suji.

Mix together and give the cutlets shape and coat with the suji.

Heat oil and deep fry the cutlets when the cutlets turns golden brown both sides fry in medium flame.

Served hot with Green chutney and Tamarind chutney.
