  1. 8pork sausage
  2. 4 tablespoonolive oil
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. 2 teaspoonsteak and chops spice

    Heat olive oil in a frying pan

  2. 2

    In a bowl add in the sausage and sprinkle salt and spice over them and mix well

  3. 3

    Place each sausage in the pan individually and let fry on both side for 15 min until crispy brown

  4. 4

    Serve pork sausage with rice, Pap or macaroni
