Steps

Make paste of 3 onions, tomatoes

Make powder in mixer grinder Cumin seeds, caradamon, cloves, pepper, caraway seeds and cinnamon (Garam masalas)

Take gram flour add one tablespoon of tomato onion paste, 1/2 tablespoon salt mix it will water knead it and make a dough

Grease your palm with oil make small balls

Boil water in pan put balls in that and boil it for 10 minutes and keep it aside

Cut it into small pieces

Heat oil in pressure cooker add oil, bay leaves, add ginger garlic paste,add chopped onions stir it till it turns golden brown then add paste and add haldi powder, red chilli powder, Garam masala (as made earlier)and salt and sir it till it leaves the oil

Add gramflour balls add some water and give one whistle

Gatte ki sabzi is ready to serve
