3 largeeggs
1/4 lbsausage I used Odom's Tennessee Pride
1 tspturmeric
1/2 tspsalt
2/3 tspground black pepper
1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
1/3 largeonion, chopped
2 cupwater

Boil the water add spices and grits bring back to boil when water is absorbed and it thickens cover remove from heat

Shred the cheese add recover

Brown the sausage add onions cook till done, add to grits recover

Take eggs cook till done add to grits

Mix well together hope you enjoy
