  • 1/2 cupgrits
  • 3 largeeggs
  • 1/4 lbsausage I used Odom's Tennessee Pride
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 2/3 tspground black pepper
  • 1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 largeonion, chopped
  • 2 cupwater

  1. 1

    Boil the water add spices and grits bring back to boil when water is absorbed and it thickens cover remove from heat

  2. 2

    Shred the cheese add recover

    Brown the sausage add onions cook till done, add to grits recover

    Take eggs cook till done add to grits
