In a frying pan heat the olive oil.

Fry the onion, garlic, dried chilies, and bay leaves for 3-5 minutes or until the onions have softened.

Add in the leeks, chili powder, garlic powder and seasoning and continue to fry for 10 minutes or until the leeks are cooked. Stir regularly as it may stick to the pan and burn.

Once ready serve immediately and enjoy.
