chill a mixing bowl and whisk

beat cream with whisk until very thick. I use my stand mixer.

add sugar

zest then juice the orange, puree in blender.

puree berries
- 6
divide cream into two bowls

whisk in orange puree into one bowl and the berry puree into the other.

chill until ready to serve
