Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 lbraw 93% lean ground turkey breast/ ground turkey
  2. 1non stick cooking spray
  3. 1 tspsea salt or Himalayan salt
  4. 1 tspdry mustard
  5. 1 tspsmoked paprika
  6. 1large egg, lightly beaten
  7. 3/4 cupquick-cooking rolled oats
  8. 2 clovegarlic, finely chopped
  9. 12fresh parsley sprigs, finely chopped
  10. 2 tbsptomato sauce, no sugar added

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°

    Lightly coat large baking sheet with spray; set aside.

  3. 3

    Combine turkey, salt, mustard, paprika, egg, oats, garlic, parsley, and tomato sauce in a large bowl; mix well by hand.

    Roll mixture into 30 1 - inch meatballs. Place on prepared baking sheet.

  5. 5

    Bake for 20 minutes, or until no longer pink in the middle.
