  • 1 lbground beef
  • 1/2onion (diced finely)
  • 1/3 cupplain breadcrumbs
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 tspwhite pepper
  • 1/2 tspparsley flakes
  • 1 smallamount olive oil

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    mix all ingredients by hand until well blended.

  2. 2

    preheat olive oil in skillet over med heat

  3. 3

    form equal sized Patties (1lb makes 4 perfect sized Patties)

  4. 4

    fry Patties covered over med heat about 8 minutes per side (depending on thickness)

  5. 5

    enjoy! (these are just like the ones my German mother makes) :)
