mix all ingredients by hand until well blended.

preheat olive oil in skillet over med heat

form equal sized Patties (1lb makes 4 perfect sized Patties)

fry Patties covered over med heat about 8 minutes per side (depending on thickness)

enjoy! (these are just like the ones my German mother makes) :)
