Steps

Take a bowl

Add besan, chopped chilli and onion make a batter in medium consistency with required water

Add all spices except oil

Mix well and rest for 10 mintues

Take a pan apply some oil

Take a bread and spread the batter on it

Cook from both sides on medium flame

When serves sprinkle some Chaat masala on it
