Just a note, this is a Trim healthy mama approved shake. If you are not on THM and are not interested, you can switch out the sweetener for sugar and the almond milk for regular milk. Shakes kinda give you freedom with what you want to do. :)

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupUnsweetened Almond Milk
  2. 5 tspLime juice
  3. 10Ice cubes
  4. 2 tbspCream cheese
  5. 2 tbspTruvia or Swerve
  6. 1Scoop protein powder
  7. 1 tbspRedi whip

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine all in blender.

  2. 2

    Pour into glass.

  3. 3

    Top with Redi Whip!

  4. 4
