Ingredients

  • 1Dough of your choice
  • 3 tbspCrushed Garlic
  • 1Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1Italian Seasoning to taste
  • 1Cayenne Pepper to taste
  • 3 tbspOlive Oil
  • 16 slicePepperoni
  • 1 packagesChopped Spinach

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients, except the dough and pepperoni

  2. 2

    Pre heat oven to 450°F

  3. 3

    Roll or stretch dough, I hand stretch it, into a lightly greased pan.

  4. 4

    Add spinach mixture to upper half of dough.

  5. 5

    Lay pepperoni slices on top of spinach.

    Fold over other half of dough and make a seal.

  7. 7

    Brush on a little melted butter.

  8. 8

    Place in oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
