Oats & spinach Kabab
Steps

Assemble all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Combine all ingredients. Knead a dough. Keep rest for 15 minutes.

Divide equal portions of a dough. Make round Kabab.

Dip it in milk.
- 5
Roll it in oats.
- 6
Heat oil in a Kadhai on medium flame. Slide Kabab in hot oil. Deep fry on slow to medium flame until golden & crispy.

Take it out from oil in dish.

Serve hot with cheese & spinach dip.

For dip: add tomato sauce, spinach puree & cheese spread. Mix well.
