  • 1/4 cuppesto
  • 1 cupchopped grape tomatoes
  • 1/4 cupchopped fresh mozzarella-add more for cheese lovers
  • 1 dashsalt & pepper
  • 2 tbspfresh basil
  • 1fresh lemon juice

    In medium bowl, combine chickpeas, pesto, tomatoes & mozzarella cheese. Gently stir. Season w/ salt & pepper, lemon juice. Garnish With Fresh basil-enjoy!
