In a large skillet cook lean ground beef (remove fat is necessary) add chopped onions, dash of black pepper, table spoon of garlic powder, couple dashes of soy sauce until fully cooked.

While beef if cooking, cut the tops of all peppers and remove seeds.

In a large cooking pot add 1can of tomato juice heat over medium temperature.

When beef is fully cooked, add rice and mix. Make sure stovetop is off while doing this.

Fill each peppers with beef and rice mixture. If you have mixture left over, add it to the pot to make soup with it later.

Once all peppers are filled add them to the pot. If they tip over cut the bottom to level them.

Add the remaining can of tomato juice until it covers the peppers almost to the top. Cook for about an hour or so depending on stovetops.
