pre heat oven to 325°F.

stir sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl add eggs whisking until blended mix in evaporated milk, marmalade and vanilla

cut bread on a diagonal into 16 1/4 inch thick slices

add 1/2 of the bread slices to egg mixture and soak for about 2 minutes on each side

heat oil in a large non stick skillet
- 6
remove soaked bread from egg mixture cook in hot oil untill golden brown on each side

place cooked french toast on a foil lined baking sheet
- 8
repeat to prepare and cook remaining french toast

bake for 10 minutes and serve drizzled with sweetened condensed milk
