Ingredients

4Buns (toasted)
4Links Sweet Italian Sausage
4 sliceChedder Mozzarella Cheese
1Ricotta Cheese
1Tomatoe Sauce (your favorite kind)

Cooking Instructions

Take skin off sausage links and form into patties and cook thoroughly.

While patties are cooking bring tomatoe sauce to simmer.

When patties are almost done start toasting buns.

When buns are toasted and patties are done spread ricotta cheese on bottom bun, top with pattie, place slice of cheese on top of that, then add sauce and top with bun.
