  1. 2 tbspbutter
  2. 2eggs
  3. 2 cupsugar
  4. 8 ozcream cheese
  5. 1 tbspvanilla
  6. 2 cupflour
  7. 2 cupmilk
  8. 3 cupdiced strawberries

  1. 1

    Butter cup cake tray

  2. 2

    Mix sugar and eggs.

  3. 3

    Soften cream cheese with pastry blended. Add to sugar and eggs

  4. 4

    Mix in milk. Then slowly add flour.

  5. 5

    Pour 1/3 cup of batter in each muffin spot. Sprinkle strawberries on top of batter.

  6. 6

    Bake at 350° for 20 -25 min.
