Ingredients

  1. 6snack size bags (1 1/2 ounces each) corn chips
  2. 1 can(15 ounces) chili without beans
  3. 3/4 cupsour cream
  4. 1 jar(8 ounces) mild salsa
  5. 3 cup(12 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
  6. 1/2 mediumhead iceberg lettuce, shredded

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the top off each bag of chips.

    Set aside.

  3. 3

    Place chili in a saucepan.

  4. 4

    Cook on a grill over medium heat for 10 minutes or until heated through.

  5. 5

    Stir occasionally.

  6. 6

    Spoon about 2 tablespoons of chili into each bag of chips.

  7. 7

    Top with cheese, sour cream, salsa and lettuce.

    *You can also add tomatoes, onions, or other toppings if desired.*

Some of my favorite things are family, friends, my pets, cooking, baking, football (Badger & Packer), Brewer baseball, college basketball, car racing, thrift stores, volunteering, and rummage sales. I have a 9 year old rescue dog, and 7 birds ( 6 are rescue) and they range in age from 1 year to over 19 years old. I volunteer for a dog rescue and a shelter, as well as other festivals and organizations.
