5potatoes
1smoked beef sausage
1 cancorn
onion, chopped
2serrano pepper
olive oil
garlic salt

Cut potatoes, onions and serrano pepper

Saute potatoes onions and peppers in olive oil

Once potatoes are to the softness you like add the sausage. I used hillshire farm smoked beef sausage. Also add corn. Cover and let heat until sausage is cooked to your liking. Serve with bread or tortillas and enjoy!
