Ingredients

  1. 2 largebell peppers
  2. 1sharp knife
  3. 1cutting platform, board, paper plate

Cooking Instructions

    Wash peppers lay pepper on its side cut top off enough to get where the stem is

  2. 2

    Turn on bottom looking down inside peppers cut close to wall of peppers on the inside to get ribs and seeds area out on the top remove the stems

  3. 3

    Now you can stuff it or cut down the middle in half then cut those in half cut into stips and then across that to chop smaller

  4. 4
