Aloo Gobhi Ki Sabzi

Take a kadhai heat 1 tsp oil

Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and fry 2 seconds

Next add finely chopped onion and saute properly

Now add finely chopped tomatoes and mix it and cook it 2 minutes

After 2 minutes add all dry Masala and mix it

Now add vegetable and salt give it a good mix and cover the lid and cook it in low to medium flame 5 minutes

After 5 minutes open the lid and stir it again cover the lid and cook it in another 3 minutes

After 3 minutes open the lid and stir it and add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame
